Teresa Hoffmann

Counselor, CMHC

I help people feel understood, especially when they struggle to understand themselves or feel unseen by others. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, feel validated, and begin to reconnect with yourself.

Having lived through relational, religious, military, and familial trauma, I understand how deeply disconnection and unmet emotional needs can shape our lives. These wounds often show up as people-pleasing, anger, emotional shutdown, or difficulty maintaining healthy relationships.

In our work together, I focus on building a safe, trusting connection, helping you develop practical tools, and supporting you in meeting your emotional needs in healthier ways. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life. I look forward to supporting you as you work through these challenges.
